1). Acceptance
When the customer orders from the www.slush.ie Consumable and Accessory Web Shop, they acknowledge the particular terms of sale mentioned on the page and accept them unreservedly. The hereby general terms of sale govern the contractual relations between www.slush.ie and the customer. They are applicable in particular to the terms of order, payment and delivery and of the control of the possible returns of products ordered by the customer.
The general terms of sale are only applicable to the products sold from the www.slush.ie online Shop as well as to individuals and professionals ordering from the online shop.

2). Products
The photographs and the text describing each product are not part of the contractual field. Where errors or ommissions occur in descriptions, they shall not be the responsibility of www.slush.ie. The customer always has the ability to get in touch with www.slush.ie to obtain additional information on the products presented by sending us an email or contacting us by telephone.
These are not display products, these are products made for commercial ware, some of which are hand crafted (ceramic dishes etc.) – as a result, imperfections that do not affect the correct function of the item are not unexpected occasionally.
The availability of the products on the site is only indicative. In case of temporarily out of stock, www.slush.ie will inform you of the delay in supplying these products.
Regarding damages caused by the products on sale: www.slush.ie shall not be held responsible for damages of any kind, either material, immaterial or corporal that could result from misuse of the products for sale.

3). Order
An acknowledgement of receipt of your order will be automatically e-mailed to you. www.slush.ie reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom there has been a dispute concerning a prior order. Any information given by the customer when ordering binds them, www.slush.ie shall not be held responsible for the consequences of mistakes made concerning the wording of the details of the consignee of the products or of the debtor of the order.

4.) Payment
General Information:
Items must be paid for in full on order. The order validated by the customer will be considered effective when the authorised banking payment centre send their acceptance. In case of refusal from the centre, the order will be cancelled.
Online payment by credit card: The banking information related to the customer (card numbers or expiry dates) are coded by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system and then treated by our financial partners, therefore buying an item via the www.slush.ie site is completely safe.

5.) Pricing and Billing
The prices indicated in the order confirmation by the company www.slush.ie include the prices of the products, expressed in either Euros or Sterling, the V.A.T charged at the applicable rate, the necessary delivery charge if applicable and is current at the time of the transaction. Transportation for expedited, special services or non Island of Ireland shipping is subject to additional charge. For countries outside the Island of Ireland, in advance of place your order, click into ‘CONTACT US’, provide your details, and we will respond to you by return.

6.) Delivery
The delivery of our products is carried out by our partner carriers throughout the island of Ireland. The products are delivered at the delivery address indicated by the customer on his/her order form. If the customer is absent, an attempted delivery notification from the carrier will be placed in the business premises letterbox and will invite the customer to get in touch with the carrier to arrange a later delivery of the goods or to pick it up at the nearest carrier’s depot.
Where stocks allow, all items purchased online will be shipped to the customer within 48 hours. Shipping is FREE within the Island of Ireland for purchases over €200 (EURO) or £175 stg. For purchases less that €200 or £170 stg, there is a DELIVERY CHARGE of €10.00 or £8.50 stg respectively.

7.) Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled in writing either by fax OR e-mail.
Orders that have already been shipped may NOT be cancelled.

8.) Returns and Refund Policy – www.slush.ie
www.slush.ie warehouses and ships all orders and it is therefore www.slush.ie who decides the return policy and has final right of refusal on all returns. Claims of damage, defect or error must be made within 48 hours after receiving your order. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 10 days after receiving the items, in its original packaging and in an unused and saleable condition. Returns will be accepted, however shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable. Special order items are NOT returnable. For other items please check with us BEFORE ordering to determine if item is returnable. Credit card refunds will be processed to the original credit card.

9.) Privacy Policy
www.slush.ie privacy policy for our customers is important to us. Our shopping cart uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which encrypts your personal information, including your credit card data and prevents it from being intercepted over the internet. We will never sell or share your personal information, including your e-mail address, to other companies for any reason, except as required by law. If for any reason you don’t feel comfortable sending your credit card information over the internet, you can click on ‘Contact Us’ and fill in your details asking us to call you, or telephone us on the number provided.
We can call you as soon as possible to complete your order. Our shopping cart check out form is the only place on our site where we collect personal information about you. We do not store your credit card information on our server, it is erased as soon as we receive your order via Secure Socket Layer technology. We will never send your credit card number by e-mail. We treat our data as assets that must be protected against loss and unauthorised access. Access to customer information is limited to those employees who have a legitimate business need for that information.
www.slush.ie only holds and uses personal information to provide additional service to our customers. Some of the ways we may use your personal information include: To provide the ability to create personal profile areas and view content. To provide the ability to contact you, and provide you with shipping and billing information. To understand more about you, so we can personalise newsletters and websites to your preferences.
