You do not need a commercial slush machine to make café-style frozen drinks at home.

A Ninja SLUSHi works with prepared drinks, mocktail mixes and frozen cocktail mixes. Slush Ireland 5-litre concentrates are suitable for a Ninja Slushi and other home slush machines.

Choose your flavour. Mix with water. Pour into the machine. Select the correct setting. Serve.

No added ice is required in the Ninja SLUSHi. Its cooling system freezes the liquid directly. Ninja advises that drinks must contain sugar or a suitable sugar alternative to slush correctly. Always follow the instructions for your machine.

How to use Slush Ireland mix in a Ninja Slushi

Slush Ireland concentrates use a simple mixing ratio.

Non-alcoholic frozen drink:

• 1 part Slush Ireland concentrate
• 5 parts water
• Shake or stir well
• Pour into the Ninja Slushi
• Select Slush, Frozen Juice or the closest available setting
• Serve when the drink reaches the required texture

A 5-litre bottle can make up to 30 litres of prepared drink when mixed at the stated ratio. Check the product label before mixing.

For a frozen cocktail, use the instructions on the bottle and the limits for your Ninja model. Many Slush Ireland cocktail mixes use:

• 1 part concentrate
• 1 part spirits
• 4 parts water

Do not add alcohol if making a mocktail. Do not exceed the alcohol level recommended by Ninja or the product label.

4. Shake or stir until fully combined.
5. Pour the prepared mix into the Ninja Slushi.
